• In cases of proven copyright infringement or ethical violations, the journal reserves the right to retract or remove the article without prior notice and without refund.
• No refund shall be provided due to institutional rejection or third-party objections after publication.
• Authors are solely responsible for the accuracy, originality, and ethical compliance of their work.
• All submissions are subject to peer review, and the decision of the reviewers and the Editor-in-Chief shall be final and binding.

3. Disclaimer Policy

4. Cancellation Policy

Authors may withdraw their manuscript prior to publication without objection. However, once the publication process has advanced beyond submission and processing stages, cancellation may not be permitted or may be subject to applicable journal procedures.

5. Refund Policy

Article Processing Charges (APCs) or any publication-related fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes manuscript withdrawal after submission, rejection during review, or any stage of the publication process.

However, manuscript submission to GJIRFEV is completely free of cost and does not require any payment.

6. Shipping Policy

GJIRFEV is an online open-access journal. As a digital publication platform, no physical goods are shipped. All accepted manuscripts are published electronically on the official journal website.

7. Open Access Policy

All articles published in GJIRFEV are freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication. Readers may access, read, download, and distribute content without subscription or registration barriers, ensuring wide dissemination of scholarly research.

8. Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double peer-review process conducted by at least two subject experts. Reviewer reports are carefully evaluated to ensure quality, originality, and academic rigor. Final publication decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewer recommendations.

9. Copyright Policy

All articles published in GJIRFEV are distributed under a Creative Commons license. Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish and disseminate the content. Articles may be shared and reproduced for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution.

10. Author Self-Archiving Policy

14. Jurisdiction Clause

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from or related to GJIRFEV shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Durg Judiciary, India.

All legal matters shall be governed and resolved only within the jurisdiction of the Durg judicial system. No other court or jurisdiction shall apply. This clause is binding on all authors, editors, reviewers, and stakeholders associated with the journal.

GJIRFEV reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or revise any part of these policies at any time, with or without prior notice. Authors and contributors are advised to review the policies periodically to remain informed of any changes.
