Ethical Commitment
The GLOBAL JOURNAL OF INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH FOUR ELEMENTS VISUAL (GJIRFEV) is firmly committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. The journal follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors and expects all parties involved in the publication process—including authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher—to adhere to ethical principles throughout all stages of scholarly publishing.
Publication Decisions
The Editor-in-Chief holds full responsibility for deciding which submitted manuscripts are suitable for publication. Decisions are based on the academic quality, originality, and relevance of the work, while also complying with applicable legal requirements relating to plagiarism, libel, copyright infringement, and journal editorial policies.
Fair Evaluation
All manuscripts are assessed solely on their intellectual merit, without any form of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, ethnicity, citizenship, political beliefs, or institutional affiliation.
Confidentiality
Editors and editorial staff must maintain strict confidentiality regarding submitted manuscripts. Information must not be disclosed to any party except the corresponding author, assigned reviewers, editorial advisors, or publisher when necessary.
Conflicts of Interest
Editors must not use unpublished material from submitted manuscripts in their own research without explicit written consent from authors and must avoid any conflict of interest during editorial handling.
Contribution to Editorial Decision
Peer reviewers assist editors in making publication decisions and help authors improve the quality and clarity of their manuscripts.
Timeliness
Reviewers who are unqualified or unable to complete the review within the required timeframe must promptly inform the editor and withdraw from the review process.
Confidentiality
Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents and must not be shared or disclosed without authorization from the editorial office.
Objectivity & Constructive Feedback
Reviews must be objective, fair, and constructive. Personal criticism of authors is not acceptable. All comments must be supported with clear reasoning.
Acknowledgement of Sources
Reviewers should identify relevant published work not cited by authors and report any substantial similarity or overlap with other published or submitted works.
Conflicts of Interest
Reviewers must decline manuscripts where conflicts of interest exist, including financial, collaborative, or competitive relationships. They must not use privileged information for personal gain.
Reporting Standards
Authors must present accurate, original, and transparent research. Proper references and sufficient detail must be provided for verification and reproducibility. Fabrication, falsification, or misleading data is strictly unethical.
Data Access & Retention
Authors may be asked to provide raw data for editorial review and must retain research data for a reasonable period after publication.
Originality & Plagiarism
All submissions must be original work. Proper citation is mandatory. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited.
Multiple or Redundant Publication
Simultaneous submission or redundant publication of the same or similar work is not permitted.
Authorship
Authorship must reflect significant contributions to the research. All co-authors must approve the final manuscript and consent to submission.
Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest
Authors must disclose all financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest and funding sources supporting the research.
Fundamental Errors
If authors discover significant errors in published work, they must notify the editor immediately and cooperate in issuing corrections or retractions.
Final Commitment
The GLOBAL JOURNAL OF INTERDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH FOUR ELEMENTS VISUAL (GJIRFEV) is dedicated to maintaining integrity in scholarly publishing and will take appropriate action against any form of academic or publication misconduct to safeguard the credibility of the academic record.
